Model SS/SSJ centrifuges are three-footed top discharge,intermittent operation filtrting wquipment,The material is fed into the drum at the top,under the action of the centrifugal force field,the liquid-phase passes through the filter medium and the discharged out of the machine,while the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum and after the machine is stopped,the material is dischanged from the top.The centrifuge has such features as simple structure,easy operation,no easy breakage of material as well as good versatility.

Model SSJ centrifuge is the clean type centrifuge designed and manufactured as per the GMP Specifications in the trade of medicine & pharmacy as well as food hygienic requirements. The surface of the parts contacting the material is smooth,flat,easy to clean (or sterilize),corrosion-resistant,non-reactive with medication and nonadsorptive. The centriguge's drum.chassis liner bag and exterior and interior of the casing have all undergone polishing treatment. The full-open large hinged cover facilitates the discharging and maintenance,With the cover equipped with feed pipe,washing pipe,explosion prooflamp,wide angle vision glass,etc.it is possible to monitor the whole process of feeding,separating and washing,All the fasteners are made of stainless steel.

Model SS and SSJ centrifuges fall into to types: those with foundation and those without foundation. In the case of the centrifuge with foundation,the user is expecled to cast the foundation by himself. The type without foundation has a triangular base for the counter weght,equipped with shock absorber and thus requires no foundation casting.

Applications

The centrifuge is applicable to the separation of suspension containing solid-phase granules with the diameter greater than 0.01mm.The solid may be in the forms of granules,crystals or fiber,It is also applicable to the dehydrating of goods in pieces (such as yam bundles,textile,etc.).It has found wide applications in such trades as chemical,pharmacy,food,light industry,ect. For example: gypsum,thiamine,mirabilite,ferric sulfate,copper sulfate,nickel sulfate,potassium chloride,acetic acid,borax,soda,rubber additives,dye,plastic raw material, soap, grease, all kinds of resins, food salt,sodium glutamate,food additives,starch sugar-making, vitamins,antibiotics,herbicide,insecticide,the dehydration of such mineral fines as copper,zine,aluminum,etc.
