Model SCG centrifuge is a type of three-footed, scraper bottom discharging sedimentation equipment intermittent operation. There are no holes on the drum. Under the action of the centrifugal force,the relatively heavy solid-phase material deposits on the drum's wall, forming the dreg layer, while the light-phase material forms a inner liquid ring. The clarified inner liquid-phase material may either overflow the liquid-retaining plate and flows out of the drum. or be drawn out of the drum during the operation by means of the liquid-removing pipe. After speed reduction, the solid-phase material can be scraped off by the scraping device and discharged form the bottom part of the centriguge. It is applicable to the suspension liquid containing solid-phase material of fine granules, high viscosity and low concentration .the filtrating meduim being difficult to re-generate, and the solid-phase material's specific weight being greater than that of the liquid-phase material. It has found wide applications in such industries as chemical industry. light-industry. food industry, pharmacy, metallurgy, etc.

Model SCS is a type of three-footed, manual top discharging sedimentation centrifuge with intermittent operation.

Mode of Drive: Driven by ordinary motor,anti-explosion motor with clutch; by electromagnetic speed control motor; By ordinary motor or anti-explosion motor with frequency converter, etc.

Mode of Braking: mechanical braking or electric braking, etc.

Machine Base: With or without foundation.

It can be designed and manufactured as per GMP Specifications.
